From Termini Station, take Metro Line B1 toward Jonio for 2 stops. Get off at Policlinico, walk along Viale Regina Margherita toward Via Giovanni Battista Morgagni, then turn slightly left at Piazza Galeno and again left onto Via di Villa Patrizi.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport, take public transport to Termini Station. From there, take Metro Line B1 toward Jonio for 2 stops.
